Who we are
HLB Adria consists of several integrated business entities with a strong network of partners that are part of the successful, fast-growing global network of advisors, accountants and auditors HLB Global, whose members provide their services worldwide. Residence of HLB Adria is located in the Republic of Croatia, with a vision of business support for all subjects from the Adria region who want to do business across borders and subjects from third countries who want to do business in the Region.
We see ourselves as a dynamic organization that brings together experts from the fields of economics, law, and IT, whose primary goal is to support entrepreneurs and managers in achieving their goals. We are particularly focused on providing support to organizations striving for growth and development, as well as cross-border business.
History
HLB Adria was founded on the foundations of the auditing firm Inženjerski biro-revizija d.o.o. founded in 1993 in Rijeka, which in 2022 merged with the accounting and consulting group QFACT, with which it has been cooperating for years. Thus, from 2022, HLB Adria acts as the sole territorial representative of the global HLB network in the Republic of Croatia, and also operate in other countries of the Region through a network of partners or directly.

HLB Adria briefly
The HLB ADRIA team is located in the Republic of Croatia and operates directly or through a network of partners in all countries of the Region, and is an ideal partner for entities that want to expand their business in Croatia or the countries of the Region. In addition, he can be your partner if you want to own real estate, live or work in Croatia.
We are also organized to support entities that already operate cross-border in several countries of the Region/third countries and have greater requirements.
We are organized into several organizational units:
• HLB ADRIA SERVICES is an organizational unit that deals with business support services such as accounting services, VAT returns, payroll services, financial reporting, tax consulting, business consulting, transfer pricing, risk management, etc.
• HLB ADRIA SOLUTIONS is an organizational unit that deals with services to support the growth and development of entities by combining knowledge and experience in the application of traditional services and the use of digital technologies. Services such as strategic and operational planning, organizational structuring and restructuring, ownership transfer and transformation, acquisitions and mergers, valuations, owner/manager retirement assistance, investment studies, or financing assistance are combined with services such as digital transformation services, process automation, we turn digital solutions in communication and management into unique client-friendly solutions on the market.
• HLB ADRIA AUDIT is an organizational unit that deals with control and auditing. We are authorized for external audit and internal audits in the Republic of Croatia, and our partners in the countries of the Region.
